Job Description

LHH have partnered with a international media company based in Leicester and they are looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to join the team.This role will joining the Shared Services HR and Payroll department and will report directly into the Payroll Manager.About the role:

  • Process any amendments or post amendments directly to the payroll system prior to the payroll deadline.
  • Post P45s and print any payslips for leavers.
  • Process any new starters.
  • Process any company sick pay or statutory sick pay.
  • Update absence management system.
  • Respond and deal effectively to any payroll queries.
  • Ensure pension deductions are processed accurately and in line with Auto-Enrolment and procedure.
  • Keep up to date with payroll legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of month end duties.
  • Assist in the preparation of P11ds.
About you:
  • At least 2 years payroll experience.
  • Previous experience using payroll systems required.
  • CIPP qualified (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced IT Skills.
