Job Description

Senior Contracts Manager - Roofing/Cladding£55,000 - £65,000 plus bonus and car allowanceLeicesterAbout the company:Our client, is a specialist in cladding and roofing installation and repair, with comprehensive knowledge of roofing and cladding are now looking for a diverse Contracts Director to join their team! Our client pride themselves on their safe working standards,with safe working records; we are CHAS, Safe Contactor and SMAS certified. If youre looking for a diverse/exciting role within the roofing/cladding industry then keep reading!Our client requires someone with knowledge in the following areas:

  • Understanding a range of services from preventing water ingress, gutter cleaning to siphonic drainage upkeep.
  • Have knowledge of working with photovoltaic systems.
  • Have knowledge/experiance in over cladding, over roofing and rooflight replacement.
  • Commercial experiance
  • Business Development
Duties
  • Ensuring the team works safely to keep in line with their prided standards
  • People management is a must
  • Ensuring compliance with their quality systems.
  • Generate new business through good presentation skills.
  • To deliver an on budget performance for the business.
  • Potentially price services if required.
  • To work on Multiple projects
