We are working with Leicestershire CountyCouncil to recruit aStrong Administratortowork in the Childrens and Family Services team as a SENASupport Worker Coordinator.Job PurposeTo work closely with designated teams in order to provide specialist administrative support and liaise confidently with a range of internal and external agencies to ensure children, young people and families receive LCC services.DutiesTo facilitate general administrative duties through the SENA business support team keeping to processes and procedures.Maintain accurately and keep up to date a range of computer based monitoring and data systemsTo ensure incoming and outgoing correspondence and generic inboxes and duty lines are appropriately managed/ recorded/ tracked/ progressed and prioritisedTo compose and send out correspondence, emails, reports, minutes and other such documentationEssential SkillsPrevious proven Admin experience or a year-18 months minimumMicrosoft Office knowledgeExcellent customer service skillsTemporary Role 3 months+£11.80Hybrid working once fully trained.Office based in Glenfield.Please apply belowif you are interested or give me a call on for more information.
