Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager required to join a leading distributor of industrial engineering products and services.The successful Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will work remotely, covering areas with the UK selling and managing key accounts of MRO / Fluid power products and services at customer sites into various industries.The Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager must have experience selling, servicing, or managing accounts for industrial products such as power transmission, bearings, seals, valves, actuators, pumps, compressors, vacuum systems,industrial electronics, sensors or similar pneumatic, hydraulic or MRO products.Package£30,000 - £40,000 depending on experienceOpen-ended bonus depending on profit share schemeCar & Phone allowance Pension Scheme Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager RoleManaging a number of key accounts via distribution channels and OEM customers into various industries.Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development selling industrial products such as power transmission, bearings, seals, valves, actuators, pumps, compressors, vacuum systems, industrial electronics, sensors and similar pneumatic, hydraulicor MRO products & services.Maintaining new industrial engineering product sales with demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation to achieve targets.Working closely with the Service Department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided.Liaise with various engineering departments.Fully remote travelling UK wide.Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager RequirementsExperience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer or similar within mechanical and / or industrial engineering.Experience selling, servicing, or managing accounts for industrial products such as power transmission, bearings, seals, valves, actuators, pumps, compressors, vacuum systems, industrial electronics, sensors or similar pneumatic, hydraulic or MRO products.A technical engineering qualification, Apprentice trained, or Degree would be advantageous.Full clean driving license.Willingness to travel UK wide and visits to the offices in Wales or Berkshire occasionally.
