Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a temporary Leisure Sales Co-Ordinator to join Europcar. This is a hybrid role where you will be remotely based and in our Leicester office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a vibrant dynamic teamsupporting our multinational colleagues and customers.Please note this position is a temporary contract to cover maternity leave. This is a hybrid role, there will be a requirement to come into the office twice a week and work from home for the remaining three days. Training will take place at Leicester HQ and you will be required to come in even if home working is permitted.Working hours: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.What we can offer you:

  • Provide telephone and online support for Customer queries for our brands
  • Provide support for day to day issues with reservations and in-resort business
  • Manage stop sell distribution
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with Customers, Europcar Countries, and all Europcar Departments.
  • Troubleshooting issues on our internal systems (training will be provided)
  • Management of Team Budget and Customer Budgets including Company Cars.
  • Assist Customers with Customer Service Escalations when out of SLA and unable to get a response from Escalation route.
  • Implementation of new Brand Countries and Customer implementation.
  • Continued rate management and implementation for Europcar products and all customers where necessary.
  • Collate, distribute and maintain Standard TO Net Rates for Europcar Group.
  • Ensure that all Terms and Condition and or country updates are communicated and documented
  • Request new contract IDs, business accounts and log in details for new/additional business on instruction of Account Managers.
  • Manage a portfolio of small accounts.
  • Log and Maintain database of customer set up details (CIDs, Business accounts etc) for customers within customer portfolio
  • Carry out ad hoc rate shops, website analysis and general research when required.
  • Carry out other tasks and duties as may be reasonable required.
  • Annual attendance at local trade show.
Responsibilities:
  • To maintain a high quality of Customer Experience recognising the Groups Strategy and objectives
  • To follow all Operational procedures and Working Instructions applicable to the role
  • Ensure any system issues / contract discrepancies are brought to the attention of your Line Manager at the earliest opportunity
  • Ensure that a professional and courteous image is portrayed at all times, both personally and in attitude and appearance in the work area
Profile:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent administrative, organisational and communications skills
