I am looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the senior management team of this stunning luxury boutique hotel. (Food and Beverage)As Restaurant Manager you will work closely with the the rest of out teams ensuring effortless and seamless service to clients and guests alike. You will be responsible for training and coaching the team in order to deliver the level of service expectedof this luxury hotel.The main restaurant suite is the heart of the hotel, and you and your team will help to create a style of theatre, with the most up to date drinks and food available and dispense methods used.You will use your experience in the luxury food market & beverage knowledge to be able to lead from the front, confidently talking to guests & upsellingAs Restaurant Manager you will have a good understanding or food, wines, spirits and cocktails, and ideally have a CV to match.The PositionAs Restaurant Manager, you will be a hands-on, proactive and enthusiastic leader, injecting your personality into your work and inspiring the team to deliver a warm and memorable guest experience.
