Company: Direct to Headcount Position: Respiratory Specialist Therapy Area: Respiratory Location: East Midlands Vacancy Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive We have an exciting opportunity for a Hospital Specialist to promote our clients respiratory portfoliointo a Secondary Care Setting in the East Midlands. Purpose To act as single point of contactfor Secondary Care customers, working in partnership to facilitate the creation of solutions that meet the needs of our customers and our client. The Hospital Respiratory Specialist (HRS) will be required to increase company revenues through promotion of ourclients Respiratory Portfolio, in accordance with the UK marketing plan and locally developed customer plans. Responsible for the promotion of the respiratory portfolio to key influencers and decision makers, across Secondary care, within allocated LocalHealth Economies (LHE). The HRS will facilitate uptake of the respiratory portfolio, by managing and shaping the LHE, through collaboration and partnership with key stakeholders. Develop Key Opinion Leaders enabling them to provide educational sessions toPrimary Care. To demonstrate a high level of therapy area expertise, insight and understanding of key respiratory disease areas. Key Customers & Target Accounts: * Key Respiratory Opinion Leaders within Secondary Care * Target secondary care trusts * SecondaryCare Respiratory Specialists, Nurses, Pharmacists, and other relevant decision makings within secondary care * As required, Senior Clinicians at e.g ICB level that influence prescribing Profile * Exceptional knowledge of the NHS and the NHS agenda. * Exceptionalunderstanding of the Secondary Care environment and it’s networks into Primary Care * Exceptional product and disease knowledge, with the ability to communicate high level technical information. * Highly effective planning skills, through Key Account Managementtechniques. * Business planning skills, including the ability to produce business proposals/cases as required. * Strong empathy and interpersonal skills, with an ability to develop relationships and network across key customer groups to influence key NHS personnelat the highest levels in order to drive mutually beneficial agreements (e.g. co-created projects). * Outstanding critical reasoning skills: capable of interpreting and subsequently using available data sources to enhance the effectiveness of customer planning.* Commercial acumen with a proven track record in commercialising pharmaceutical products. * Administration of the procurement and tendering process. * Robust IT skills. * Full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 penalty points for new entrants) * ABPIexamination Background: Thank you for your interest in this role.
