The NIHR Leicester Biomedical Research Centre-Cardiovascular Theme, based at Glenfield Hospital, is looking to appoint a Research Governance Administrator to work in their state of the art facility providing advice and support to Investigators, ensuring that they have full access to the range of the high quality research management functions.The Research Governance Administrator will work as part of a team of staff, led by the Biomedical Research Centre Cardiovascular Theme Manager providing a key link between researchers, the Trust, University and external collaborators.We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated individual with an understanding of research governance who is committed to ensuring that research is conducted on a highly professional and performance-driven basis. You will need to have good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. The post holder will need to apply good practical understanding and knowledge of the UK-GCP research framework. The post-holder will be responsible for implementing national, best practice research management processes within the Trust, as directed by the BRC CV Governance Officer.
