Job Description

As Remortgage Advisor, you will be managing a full caseload of Remortgage files through to completion.Client DetailsAn established and leading Legal Professional Services & Legal company with a new and modern space in Leicester.DescriptionAs Remortgage Advisor based in Leicester, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing a minimum of 250 Remortgage instructions per month which include Transfers of Equity, Shared Equity redemptions, Restrictions and any other technical work required
  • Liaising with the client and borrower and other external members, keeping all parties up to date in the process
  • Carrying out a title investigations and identification checks
  • Responding to all inbound emails effectively and within agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Calculating and apply appropriate Stamp Duty Land Tax
  • Setting a suitable date for completion in accordance with the client and borrower requirements
  • Assisting with post completion matters and ensuring the clients charge is secured as a first legal charge
  • Providing technical assistance to other members of the department as and when required
ProfileThe successful Remortgage Advisor will have the following experience:
  • Mortgage or Remortgage experience
  • Competent IT Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job OfferAs Remortgage Advisor based in Leicester, you will be entitled to the following benefits:
