Oakleaf currently have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to join our us at our 2 services in LE5 area of Leicester.Mere Lodge and Spinney Lodge are four bed services next door to each other. They provide high quality care to adults living with Mental health, learning disabilities, complex needs and associated challenging behaviour.Excellent opportunity to join a friendly supportive company. We are looking for a someone that shares our values in delivering high quality care to those we feel fortunate enough to care for.You will ideally be qualified as a nurse although extensive registered manager experience would also be considered. As the Registered Manager you would be expected to provide leadership to the staff team, helping form and maintain standards of the service as well as work with the senior management team to improve current procedures.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager looking for a new challenge.You will be supported by our fantastic and dedicated team who will help you grow into the role.Some key areas the service cover are:
