About the roleSytner group are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to deliver the very best talent in to our hugely successful Group. This is a very varied role which adds genuine value to the recruitment process and achieves a significant cost saving through our direct sourcing initiatives.You will proactively recommend talent in to our dealerships, Manage our relationship with external recruitment providers, Knowledge share recruitment initiatives between all divisions and manage our recruitment social media portfolio.In addition you will need to understand agency spend and assist with alternative direct sourcing solutions, Headhunt for Senior hard to fill vacancies and promote our D&I initiatives through up-to-date eye catching recruitment mediaWorking closely with our Divisional Heads of HR you will design and deliver bespoke recruitment campaigns, Train our managers on how to source the best talent and working with our charity partners and industry bodies to promote key initiatives.About YouYou will be experienced in the latest proactive recruitment methods including Job boards and social media to attract the best talent. You will be a natural communicator, both face to face and on the phone and have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
