Job Description

We are seeking ambitious and career-driven Recruitment Associates to join our team in London and embark on our Associate Consultant training programme!Supported by great leadership, coaching, and mentoring - you will flourish into a specialist Recruitment Consultant and become a go-to name in the market for clients and candidates.Recruitment offers a career like no other - with massive opportunities financially, professionally, and globally! From influencing the success of an organisation by providing top talent into their teams, to matching candidates with the career of their dreams;you will be developing your own skills as you quickly progress from Associate through to Director.A snapshot of the role:

  • Dealing with emails
  • Booking interviews
  • Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants
  • Formatting of CVs to present candidates to best advantage
  • Client meetings
  • Advertising of vacancies on Job Boards/own Website
  • Sourcing job boards for suitable candidates
  • Holding open days for clients/candidates where interested job-seekers can find out about the company and register
  • their interest
  • Conducting screening interviews
  • Registering Nurses/HCAs
  • Checking of ID and eligibility to work in the UK
  • Attending exhibitions and networking meetings when required
  • Sales calls and business development
  • Account management of existing clients
  • Working towards key performance indicator (KPI) targets
