Job Description

Do you have a burning passion for recruitment and looking to build experience to shape your careerPrime Life are on the lookout for a friendly and proactive individual to join ourdynamic Recruitment and HR team in Leicester as a RecruitmentAdministrator.Some relevent experience within a similar role, perhaps within a recruitment agency or from anin-house role, would be highly beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.Prime Life is a forward-thinking company, with a strong vision for quality care delivery and a real commitment to its employees. There are ample opportunities to progress with us at Prime Life and in return for your hard work and commitment, we will provideevery opportunity for you to succeed in your career.As a HRAdministrator, you will proactively support the Recruitment and HR team in carrying out essential pre-employment and background checks, and making bookings with external agencies to fill short term positions within the company. The role will require:

  • Carrying out and chasing referencing and DBS checks, and sending updates to Managers on progress
  • Sending out letters, emails and communication to prospective and new employees
  • Data entry, data collation and utilisation of Excel spreadsheets to track progress on Referencing and DBS checks
  • Placing advertisements for vacanct positions and sending out internal communications on vacancies
  • Booking agency shifts and updating Managers on bookings made
  • Attending recruitment fairs and careers events as and when required
  • Providing routine updatesto the Recruitment Manager as required
What are we looking for in our RecruitmentAdministratorYoull need to be a confident, enthusiastic and proactive individual to make a real success of this role. With plenty to keep you busy, and lots of recruitment activity required, time management skills and the ability to prioritise is essential.
