Job Description

Recruitment Admin£17k - £20k per annum DOE08:30-17:00, Mon-FriOur client is a busy and vibrant sales and marketing company based central Leicester. Due to the need to start recruiting for their sales team, they require a Recruitment Coordinator/Admin to join their team. They have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator/Admin who has previous in-house or agency recruitment experience with excellent organisational, time-management and communication skills.The recruitment team is influential meaning you will be able to put your own stamp on the role, make a measurable impact on the company’s profits and opportunities for rewards in line with business growth.Within this fast-paced, demanding role the primary responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Coordinate and manage the end to end candidate experience
  • Develop attraction strategies to drive more candidates to apply via social media and other means
  • Conduct interviews and appointments to screen and assess candidates
  • Assess pipelines and suggest improvements to generate better recruitment results
  • Arranging and conducting interviews as well as making offers
  • Completing end of day reports
