Job Description

Macildowie are pleased to be partnered with this industry leading and instantly recognisable retail brand based in Blaby on their search for an experienced Transactional Finance team leader supporting the Accounts Receivable Manager and specialising in Reconciliations. You will be a motivational, hands on leader with an infectious enthusiasm for all things reconciliation - and of course a stickler for accuracy and detail.Yours and your teams main responsibility will be to ensure all sales and receipts from various tender types both national and internationally are reconciled efficiently and correctly. In addition you will work closely withretail stores and outlets to ensure minimal financial risk.To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience of the following:

  • Previous experience of running a successful fast-paced team
  • High Volume Bank Reconciliation Experience
  • A good, competent understanding of credit and debit card rules
  • Great IT Skills - in particular MS Excel ideally to V-Look Up and Pivot Tables
  • Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A confident and strong communicator with a passion for change
  • Coming from a retail background, in a fast paced finance team will be an excellent advantage
