Acorn is proud to be working alongside of University Hospitals of Leicester in search for a temporary Receptionist to join their friendly teams. Location: Leicester Royal Infirmary, General & Glenfield Hospital Hours: candidate must be available between 0800 - 2000 as shifts will fall between these times. Must be flexible across week/weekends. Pay Rate:* 10.42 - 06:00 - 20:00 Monday - Friday* £14.69 - 20:00 - 06:00 Monday - Friday* £14.69 - Saturday any hours * £19.07 - Sunday / Bank holiday any hoursThe successful candidate will be required to work across the 3 main sites of UHL, therefore must be able to travel between Leicester Royal, Glenfield General and Leicester General. Full training will be provided.Job Details:The right candidate will be expected to support the Hospitals in engaging with professionals communicating in a courteous manner. Duties will include, but not limited answering the telephones, face to face dealing with requests, booking appointments, cancelling appointments, assisting with targets and administrative duties.The successful candidate must have:* Previous experience in Customer service.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Excellent customer care skills.* Good working knowledge of an integrated telephony system to ensure customer enquiries received via this method are dealt with promptly by the post holder or efficiently transferred to the appropriate officer. * Good working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and email.* The ability to handle telephone calls effectively and professionally.Acorn by Synergie acts as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
