Contract role - 6 months (minimum) - Up to £25.50 per hourOur client is hiring a Quality Data Analyst on a six month contract to work in a team, reporting to their Six Sigma Black Belt, assessing warranty data information. TO be considered for the role you will have experience using PowerBi, Excel and other web-based analytics tools, have general engineering knowledge (degree or equivalent qualification ideally) and experience in Quality improvement and analytics. This is very much an analysis and data collection role, however you will play a big part in the team when it comes to the implementation and fix-it part of the project. Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:·Support Compact Wheel Loader (CWL) Machine Product Quality Improvement initiatives & processes·Machine Failures & warranty data analysis and reporting·Issue investigation, data collection, and processing failed field parts returns·Focus on rapid response & containment actions·Collaborate with Product Support & Quality team to support Root Cause & Containment (RCCA) processes·Support creation of Technical & service publications to CAT dealersDesired Knowledge / Competencies / experience / qualifications:·Strong analysis skills & ability to use applications such as Excel, PowerBi & Other office web-based analysis tools·General engineering or technical experience with construction or mobile equipment·Experience of Quality improvement processes and /or Quality improvement projects would be an advantage·Experience of working on Agricultural or Off Highway Equipment·Engineering Qualification or HND with experience would be an advantage ·Ability to work remotely & flexible working arrangementsThis role closes is 48 hours, so please apply quickly if interested Required skills
