Job Description

Private Client Lawyer / Solicitor Location:Market Harborough,LeicestershireSalary: Very Competitive + Excellent BenefitsOur client is a community-focused legal organisation who value hard work, respect, and provide a supportive environment. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join theirteam.Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in Private Client Law matters
  • Maintain organised, up-to-date files, adhering to company file management policies
  • Manage team cash flow efficiently through billing and payment procedures
  • Identify and develop fee-earning opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules, Code of Conduct, and Money Laundering Regulations
  • Meet training and development targets
  • Supervise junior team members fee-earning work
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role
  • Solicitor qualification or FILEx with 4+ years PQE in Private Client work
  • Expertise in Private Client Law, including wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, probate, contentious probate, inheritance tax, and estate planning
  • Established network of contacts
  • Ability to expand the client base and promote company services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and clear-thinking
