Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Powder Coater to join a leading manufacturing company based in LE3.You will be working on a busy paint line performing Powder Coating duties and ensuring that metal components get a good and accurate finish.We have immediate interviews and start dates available for the right candidate!You will be working 4 days a week on the following Afternoon shift pattern:Monday until Thursday, 2.00pm - 12.00am (Midnight)Role Requirements:

  • Preparation of metal components prior to powder coating
  • Preparation prior to painting
  • Working to various tolerances
  • Self inspection of work
  • Ensuring smooth running of operations and increasing productivity
  • Assisting the paint line operatives and shift manager where possible
Essential Skills:
  • Ideally you will have previous experience performing powder coating tasks or working on a paint line
  • You will be hard working, reliable, self-motivated with a positive attitude and flexible approach
  • Be available for overtime if and when required
  • Have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Must have good organisational skills
  • Willing to learn and grow in a high-performance production team
