The Faculty Placement tutor provides a key role in deliveringour Faculty wide placement provision and supports the students learning before, during and after their placement year, ensuring a robust and high-quality student experience.The role will involve nurturing relationships with employers on the occasion of placement visits, building the partnership for future students and supporting the universitys Employer Engagement Strategy.The role will also require sensitivity to a diverse range of student needs and the ability to help students reflect on their learning and developmental process. The post may require extensive UK and occasional international travel however this will be dependenton Institutional/Faculty & governmental guidanceThe role is a fixed term contract covering a maternity leave until the postholder returns.Ideal CandidateYou will have a postgraduate degree in a related subject as well as industry experience and an ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
