Job Description

With a broad remit that evolves alongside the organization, youll be instrumental in building organizational and people capability, recruitingtop talent, and developing departmental approaches to achieve objectives.   • Partner with senior leadership and department managers to develop HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Implement best practices in recruitment, selection, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
  • Support performance management and team development through continuous performance practices.
  • Lead organizational changes while ensuring legal compliance and acting as a true partner.
  • Utilize data insights to continuously improve our people approach and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with Operations to design and deliver training programs for employee development.
  • Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, fairness, and consistency.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Experience & Knowledge
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an HR People Partner.
  • Strong ER experience.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong influencing and coaching skills.
  • Experience in the PBSA/BTR industry preferable
  • Resilience, adaptability, and cultural diversity awareness.
