Job Description

Support the delivery of a new and innovative approach to gathering insights and experience from people ensuring their feedback is always used to influence service changes and system transformation programmes.Client DetailsWorking for a national public organisationDescriptionYour key responsibilities as an Insight Senior Assistant will be:

  • Supporting the delivery of the CCGs engagement, experience and insights strategy that demonstrates on-going conversations and relationship building
  • Support the CCG and the system design groups to achieve a patient-focused vision of developing and enhancing its public and patient involvement
  • Assist in using digital engagement techniques and tools to improve methods of engagement with communities and stakeholders and the collection of insights and experiences
  • Support the implementation and delivery of high quality, far-reaching public consultations
  • Engage with patients, carers, staff and stakeholders to gather insights and experiences
  • Support the development, management and implementation of an Insights and Market Research Hub#
  • Support the collation and retrieval of all patient, carer and staff facing experiences and insights; identifying themes, trends and learning
  • Support the creation of a public facing you said, we did culture
    • ProfileTo be considered as an Insight Senior Assistant you will need experience in:
  • Collecting insights & using these to drive decision making - aware of insights methodologies & comfortable collating data to play back to senior stakeholders
  • Internal & external engagement
  • Working with & presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Worked in or led a transformation project
  • Worked with a digital team during a digital deflection project
  • Working with a large organisation or matrix organisation
  • Can work with ambiguity - strategy to implementation based on insights gathered at all points in the chain
  • Facilitating working groups & insight gathering sessions including end users
  • Be comfortable with GDPR & governance protocols
