Fantastic role available to join a fun, growing and progressive company in Leicester as a membership assistant! The main function of this role is to deal with onboarding of members and advisers. This would suit someone who has previous experience withinonboarding ideally within the finance industry.Monday to Friday 9 - 5 £20,000 per annum Office based Lots of career development opportunitiesMain duties; " Progression of applications, referencing, initial training attendance " Produce reports and maintain records " Processing suspensions and terminations and dealing with references for exited members/advisors " Upkeep of the Membership database ensuring data is accurate " Reviews of ongoing fitness and propriety of members and advisers" Provide appropriate guidance to Appointed Representatives, their Advisers and their employees when dealing with applications to join the network" Report any false documentation Person specification; " CEMAP desirable but not essential " Methodical and meticulous " Minimum 12 months experience ideally within the finance industry " Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines " Strong communication skills" Competent on Microsoft If interested in this role and you have relevant experience please click APPLY NOW, a member of the team will be in touch if successful.
