Job Description

We are urgently seeking an experienced and skilled Office 365 Organisational Development Consultant to create and curate a range of materials to support digital learning across a range of programmes and projects organisation wide using Office 365 tools for one of our local government clients based in Leicester.The Office 365 Organisational Development Consultant will design and deliver multiple pieces of digital content for employee development, leadership and development, workforce planning, entry to employment, health and safety, staff engagement, health and wellbeing, performance management, change management and behavioural change.They will provide content development expertise, with a particular focus on supporting staff engagement through the creation of learning materials. They will work closely and collaboratively with subject matter experts, colleagues and third parties to develop content using Office 365 tools. Additionally, utilising the Office 365 suite of tools to develop the right content in the right application.Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in content development tools, techniques and principles and their practical application, particularly utilising Office 365 applications.
  • Expert knowledge in the development of organisational functions using Office 365 tools
  • Experience working in collaboration with others in partnership to gain an understanding of their technical needs.
  • Experience of designing, curating or working with third parties to design learning and development interventions.
  • Experience of using tools and techniques to measure impact and evaluation of learning interventions.
  • Experience of writing content and supporting communications.
  • Experience of maintaining and developing digital applications, such as e-learning, on-line resources and toolkits.
