Job Description

Occupational Health Advisor Leicester / East MidlandsHybrid £38,000 - £40,000Health Partners have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our Occupational Health Team. The organisation combines expert advice and clinical services with smart systems to deliver impact driven health programs tailoredto our clients needs.As an Occupational Health Advisor, youll make a tangible and lasting difference to peoples lives every day. Above all, we fosteran inclusive culture and a healthy work-life balance to ensure you can be at your best and we practice what we preach.The successful candidate will be working alongside four other Occupational Health Advisors and one Occupational Health Nurse. This role is made up of 60% Case Management, 20% Health and Safety/ PPQ and 20% site visits. The sites are Wolverhampton, Solihull,Leicester, Birmingham and this is a full time position.What youll be doing:

  • Undertake case management producing high standard and quality management advice reports
  • Provide clinical supervision and support other team members where less experienced
  • Evaluate the results of medicals and surveillance provided, and ensure that the correct advice in relation to fitness is communicated, escalating where clinically appropriate
  • Provide other OH services where required such as vaccinations, travel health services, ergonomic advice, or health promotion for our clients
Qualifications
  • Qualified or Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, a diploma or degree in Occupational Health is preferable.
  • Experience in a commercial occupational health setting, particularly with exposure to case management and health surveillance.
  • Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation
