Were looking for authentic people with a passion for problem-solving to join our New Business team.Youll be part of a Team supporting customers at the point of their insurance purchase, delivering outstanding service and value. If you are passionate about making a difference to customers, this role will give you the scope to do just that.Working with us: Youll work 37.5 hours a week on a rotating shift pattern between 08:00-19:00 Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00 Saturday, and 09:00-13:00 Sunday. You will have to work ONLY 1 in 4 Weekends.Youll be based at our vibrant hub in Leicester, with a mix of in-office and home working.Joining our New Business team:The New Business Team provides customers with new quotes, whether theyre looking for car, bike, van, home, or multi-car/bike policies. We give them all the details they need to make an informed decision, making sure they have the rightcover that suits all their needs. Wherever possible, you will support customers to complete the purchase of their policy, using one of our digital products.Training doesnt stop once you join your team. We have a supportive development programme with a clear structure for growth within your role. Youll develop skills to retain our customers, strengthen your negotiation skills and become an advocate of selfservice. • An insurance background is not necessary, we see many skills as transferrable. Even if you have a passion and genuine interest for customer service wed love to speak to you.
