This could be the job for you!Network Engineer (Infrastructure) - Duties & Responsibilities:* Establish, monitor and maintain network performance and ensure system availability and reliability* Work with established configurations and connections, adhering to change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure* Provide level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues* Monitor the networking environment ensuring resource utilisation, trending and capacity planning* Select and implement security tools, policies and procedures in conjunction with the Security Team and enforce system standards* Maximise performance by troubleshooting network problems, outages and scheduling upgrades* Configure and install various network devices and services including routers, switches, firewalls and VPN* Perform server and network maintenance and upgrades, including hot fixes and security configurationsNetwork Engineer (Infrastructure) - Essential / Desirable requirements* You will possess proven hands-on network engineering experience* CCNP or higher - You will ideally have a university degree in computer science or a related subject* You will have an exceptionally good understanding of TCP/IP models* You will possess hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills* Working knowledge of WatchGuard Firewall configurations* You will possess previous experience designing and implementing new solutions and improving resilience across multi-location infrastructures* You will have experience in Wireless LAN design including deploying networks and suggesting recommendations for optimising and upgrading wireless networksNetwork Engineer (Infrastructure) - How to apply!The first stage of the application process is to apply online.
