Job Description

Job Title: Mortgage & Protection AdviserIndustry: FinanceLocation: The East MidlandsSalary: £25,000 - £27,000Job reference: 15401Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join a New Build Mortgage team with over 25 years in the industry.This role is fully remote , requiring experience of new build focused advice. The right candidate will have a natural hunger for success and strong emphasis on building relationships.Your role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Fact finding with clients to understand their full requirements
  • Offer expertise in New Build Mortgage Advice
  • Ensure the client full understands the mortgage process
  • Meet KPIs and targets
  • General advice for clients in the house buying process
  • Understand the FCA regulations and adhere to them
