Mortgage Advisor - Leicester£30k - £50k (depending on results/experience).We are currently working with a very well established financial services company who specialise in providing truly Holistic Wealth management Advice.The RoleOur client now has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their highly successful team and who must have an awareness and technical knowledge of mortgage products and the industry.ResponsibilitiesAdvising clients on what mortgage is appropriate for their circumstancesMeeting with existing and prospective clients to assess their financial circumstancesSourcing & promoting appropriate mortgage products for clientsSpeaking with lenders Completing application formsCalculating rental yields and criteria for buy to let propertiesLiaising with lawyers, conveyancers and estate agentsEnsuring documentation is legally compliantLooking after client affairs according to FSA regulationsManaging mortgage documentationKeeping up to date with developments within the industry.The successful candidate will be an experienced mortgage advisor with a qualification in Mortgage Advice or be a Licenced Mortgage Advisor recognised by the FSA,They will also:-be able to maintain a high calibre of work at all times whilst working under pressure to tight time scales.be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills,be IT literate with a good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook),be willing and able to travel in order to visit clients.This is a permanent, full time position reporting to the Managing Director and the successful candidate can expect to receive:£30k pa plus a generous discretionary bonus - 20 Days annual leave plus Bank HolidaysImportant Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
