Job Description

Mobile Bodyshop Technician vacancy Location: LeicesterSalary: £29,900 to £32,900,000 (negotiable depending on expertise) plus company van, benefits, bonus OTE 42k (uncapped). Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays.We are currently recruiting for a Multi skilled Mobile Bodyshop Technician working for our client in the Leicester area. Must be able to do MET / Panel / SMART roles.The is an opportunity for a Mobile Bodyshop Technician to join our clients site based the Leicester area. They are offering excellent working conditions, the very latest equipment, a company that prides itself on quality and very good money / company benefits.Working in the Leicester area your role as a Mobile Bodyshop Technician will be to remove, refit or repair components whether it be mechanical, electrical or trim on the vehicle.Mobile Bodyshop Technician role:

  • Carrying out all repair work required on the vehicles
  • Making sure the vehicle is fixed to a high standard and meets all safety requirements.
  • Assessing work needed on the vehicle as to whether it should be repaired or whether a new part is neededRecognising and documenting an additional work require
  • Flat the surface and apply primer followed by the topcoat of paint followed by the lacquer then polish to a finish
Mobile Bodyshop Technician Requirements
  • You will ideally be qualified to NVQ level 3 or the City and Guilds equivalent, although time served Vehicle painters, SMART Repairers, Preppers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
  • The client will provide any equipment that is standard to all bodyshops. Bodyshop painters, panel beater and preppers who fit the above criteria are encouraged to apply
  • Good understanding of bodyshop procedures
