Company: Inizio Engage Position: Marketing Assistant Vacancy Type: Permanent / Full Time Salary: Competitive Inizio Engage are looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant within our busy Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be a self-motivatedperson who will be able to work well on their own and as part of a busy team. The job offers a large variety of tasks that will vary from day to day and requires a high level of attention to detail. The Marketing Department is a busy and rewarding environmentfor the right person looking to progress. Dependent on how the successful candidate progresses, this position could evolve into a Marketing Campaign and Events Assistant role. Key Areas of responsibility: • Processing all sales leads that come in from thewebsite and other sources • Running daily, weekly and monthly reports using the Access Database and Excel • Processing samples, brochures and promotional items • Processing all stock on loan and samples and merchandising orders • Manipulating databases formail outs via post and electronically using Excel and Word • Producing product binders for the industrial and domestic Field Sales Team • Participating in both domestic and trade shows, when applicable • Help proof read certain brochures, price lists and pressreleases • Maintain various diaries and be responsible for the bookings for the online academy. • Assist in the set-up of all seminars presented Candidate Requirement: • Self-motivated person able to work well on their own and also as part of a busy team •Must be able to use initiative and not be afraid to make decisions • Must have understanding and experience of Word, Excel, and Outlook • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must be proactive and highly organised • Must have strongtime management and planning skills with the ability to multi-task. • Must be able to work accurately and efficiently with data maintaining attention to detail • Must be able to plan and priorities workload efficiently and effectively • Must be able to stayaway from home from time to time in order to attend domestic and trade shows when required • A creative flair would be preferable The Benefits: Full time position Competitive pension package after qualifying period. Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday8.30am to 4.30pm , 30 min unpaid lunch break. Free car parking on a first come first served basis.
