You will be assigned to work in different environments in order to support students by keeping a safe learningenvironment and allowing them to work, achieve and enhance their experience. This role includes: Access control, dealing with misbehavior misdemeanors and other supporting activities that facilitate the use of the Library and similar learning locations.The role is on a permanent basis, 37 hours per week. You will be on 24/7 rolling rota.Ideal CandidateYou will be computer literate and be able to move around a multi storey building, work alone and as part of a team. You will be an individual who is self-motivated with exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in confrontational situations,with the aid of CCTV. You will be flexible in your approach and be able to deal with emergency incidents should they arise. You will have an understanding of confidentiality and be able to maintain records.The role is also subject to a satisfactory a DBS check, the level of check will be determined at offer stage.
