Job Description

Legionella Risk AssessorLeicester £24,000-£30,000 + Benefits (D.O.E.)A fantastic new opening has just arisen with one of our great clients! They are a market leading environmental consultancy specialising in water hygiene and legionella control and have been operating since 1995. They have continued to grow ever since theywere first established due to their talented employees and a company policy to always use of the latest technology, adapting to stay at the top of their game.This is a brilliant chance for an experienced and qualified Legionella risk assessor looking to join an industry leading company that gives exceptional company benefits and a terrific work life balance.Key Tasks & Duties of a Legionella Risk Assessor:

  • Carrying out Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8.
  • Compiling schematic drawings and producing final documents for clients.
  • Surveys of water systems and supplies as per ACOP L8.
  • Writing up accurate reports and attending meetings where required.
  • Liaising with the companys large portfolio of clients on a regular basis.
Skills and Experience Required of a Legionella Risk Assessor:
  • You must have a full UK license for this role.
  • City & Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessing or equivalent
  • Strong verbal & written communication
  • Flexibility to work away from home/nationally
  • Ability to manage own workload
  • Happy to carry out Water Hygiene duties/Remedial Plumbing works
  • NVQ L2 in Plumbing (desirable, but not essential)
