Job Description

LEAD PRODUCT ANALYST £60,000 - 70,000 LEICESTER Take a technical outlook on the digital development of this thriving retailer, be part of their growth and use your passion for analytics in this lead product role!THE COMPANY A leading retailer is transforming their online digital offering. With such high demand online you would have access to large levels of data from app and web campaigns, the latest tech and the knowledge that your insights will have a direct impact on thegrowth and success of the wider organisation!THE ROLEAs the Lead Product Analyst your focus will be to build and develop the digital product through analytics, specifically you will have to:

  • Develop the product analytics strategy, focus on the customer journey, drop off and basket abandonment using A/B testing to enhance the user experience and heighten success rates
  • Lead and mentor on the use of tools such as Python and SQL, use these to query large sets of data, finding new and innovative insights that change how customers view and use the product
  • Focus on who the customer is, how best to interact them and personalise each individual customer journey!
YOUR SKILLSThe successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Strong SQL (R/Python) to query and code large data sets, being analytically minded and a passion for data led decisions
  • Experience in Product Analytics
  • A/B testing, GA and digital tool experience
  • Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language
