Job Description

LEAD ANALYST £40,000 - 50,000LEICESTER Take on a unique opportunity to lead and manage a team in a growing organisation! Mentor, manage and develop those around you as well as be involved in company wide strategic decisions!THE COMPANYA growing retailer with a passion for data! Embedded data allows them to utilise insights and analytics in all decisions, looking for ambitious and autonomous workers to join the social and fun team!THE ROLEAs a Lead Analyst your focus will be to manage and develop your team, specifically you will have to:

  • Manage a growing team of 4-6 focussing on prioritisation, training and development as well as using your knowledge to grow their careers!
  • Work with directors to push for data driven decisions, help them to understand how data is used to drive business initiatives and take a lead in this enforced culture
  • Use data from a vast database to understand customer behaviour, sales data, marketing data and use this to help guide decisions
YOUR SKILLSThe successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Strong SQL to query and code large data sets, being analytically minded and a passion for data led decisions
  • Mentorship experience
  • Experience working with vast amounts of data
