They specialise in manufacturing a range of high-quality products for a international customer and client base.Due to continued growth and acquisitions, they are keen to appoint an experienced IT Support Engineer to based out of their Leicester office, paying a salary range of £30,000 to £35,000 plus benefits.As an experienced IT Support Engineer, you will help develop and maintain the infrastructure estate and systems. You will help support the businesses wider strategic and operational objectives.IT Support Engineer - Duties* Supporting all areas of IT infrastructure/systems across the business* Logging support requests with vendors* Provide input into the evolution of the technology estate* Manage licenses and contracts from vendors* Involved in technology projectsIT Support Engineer - Experience* TCP/IP and Networking troubleshooting tools* Switches, WiFi access points* Windows 10 - Deployment to support* Windows Server - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP* Azure AD* Office 365 Administration, Exchange* IT Hardware - Printers, Laptops, Desktops, Mobile Devices* Routing, Subnets, Firewalling VPN - Advantageous* VoIP systems (Avaya) - AdvantageousThe permanent opportunity for an IT Support Engineer, will pay a salary range of £30,000 to£35,000.
