Job Description

ole: IT Support Analyst (2nd Line Support, IT & Applications)Location: Leicester (4 days per week)Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 + Bonus + Private HealthcareAre you working in IT Support, looking to gain exposure and training to market leading technologies, including Azure and Dynamics 365 Would you like to join a FTSE 100 company with a clear career progression plan If so, we would love to speak to you aboutthis IT Support Analyst opportunity, supporting the applications, laptops, devices and networks which are used by 3000+ employees across the UK, for a FTSE listed company.This is ideal for an experienced IT Support Analyst / Applications Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support Engineer looking progress their career within a first-class IT Service team.Although the right knowledge and skills are desired, the main requirement is for people who have a desire to continually learn, develop and ensure an excellent technology service is provided to the business.The Role

  • Ensure all services are stable and performing to the agreed service levels in order for the business and users to continue operating effectively on a day to day basis.
  • Help manage and administer the mobile device estate (mobile phones and tablet devices).
  • Ensure sites are connected and have access to IT systems.
  • IT application support, working with specialist IT partners where required.
  • Assist 3rd party suppliers in connecting and testing site connectivity using broadband and mobile data technologies.
  • Be open to upskilling in new technologies such as Azure and Dynamics365
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant information to the customer and 3rd parties as required.
  • Liaise with external suppliers to ensure OLA/SLAs are met.
  • Handle customer escalations and assist in escalating to 3rd parties.
The role will initially be based in their Leicester HQ 4 days per week, with a more flexibility available once familiar with the technologies and ways of working.
