Job Description

Role: IT Support Analyst (2nd Line Support)Location: Leicester (3-4 days per week)Salary: £225pd - £275pd (Inside IR35 via Umbrella)Duration: 6 MonthsWe are urgently recruiting a contract IT Support Analyst to support the applications, laptops, devices and networks which are used by 3000+ employees across the UK, for a FTSE listed company.This is ideal for an experienced IT Support Analyst / Infrastructure Analyst / Applications Analyst / 2nd Line Support Engineer looking to join a first class IT Service team working with the latest platforms and technologies, which include Azure and Dynamics365Although the right knowledge is important, a passion for exceptional customer-service is what will set you apart.The Role

  • Ensure all services are stable and performing to the agreed service levels in order for the business and users to continue operating effectively on a day to day basis.
  • Help manage and administer our mobile device estate (mobile phones and tablet devices).
  • Ensure sites are connected and have access to IT systems.
  • IT application support, working with specialist IT partners where required.
  • Assist 3rd party suppliers in connecting and testing site connectivity using broadband and mobile data technologies.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant information to the customer and 3rd parties as required.
  • Liaise with external suppliers to ensure OLA/SLAs are met.
  • Handle customer escalations and assist in escalating to 3rd parties.
