Learn more at maximusuk.co.ukJob Summary:Provides support to the IT Service Manager and the wider IT teams to deliver proactive, efficient, and effective IT services to Maximus UK, focusing on IT equipment logistics and inventoriesResponsibilities: Organise new starter IT onboarding : liaison with the Service Desk for accounts creation, hardware packing, courier collection, liaison with the new starter and his/her manager, provision of the relevant IT guides and induction packs Organise the return of all leavers IT equipment, in liaison with the Service Desk and the line manager Maintain the IT inventories to ensure accuracy Order and cancel mobile devices (phones and tablets) Organise regular internal audits of inventories with the End Users Computing team Manage Microsoft O365 licenses across Maximus UK Manage IT orders from quote request to delivery and recording in inventory Follow up the Service Desk tickets in progress, focusing on escalations and tickets close to breach SLAs, and escalate to the relevant teams/owners as relevant Assist the IT Service Manager with the organisation of Customer Satisfaction SurveysWhat we are looking for: Confident and experienced with use of all Microsoft office applications and in particular:o Familiar with Excel spreadsheet functionso Using Microsoft Outlook to plan and communicate Knowledge of Survey Monkey Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders/customers Good understanding of IT end users computing environment (hardware and Microsoft Office suite)Individual Competencies Able to communicate clearly, calmly and patiently with to all levels of staff, both verbally and in written format Able to work on own initiative Able to work at pace on multiple tasks Excellent attention to details Able to manage changing priorities effectively Embrace new processes with enthusiasm and a can-do approachWhat we offer
