This role offers a unique opportunity for someone who wants to transition from a support role to a development-focused position.You will engage with a wide range of tasks, including managing our 2nd line support queue, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to diagnose and resolve issues, and ensuring system performance remains at a high level.
