The Finance & Accountancy Division at SF Recruitment is exclusively recruiting for a manufacturing group who are looking for an experienced, preferably qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent) Interim Finance Manager with sole responsibility for two of its subsidiaries. It will be a mixture of working in the Leicester Office and working from home. The successful candidate will previously manufacturing exposure. They will have an organised and methodical approach. Accuracy and an eye for detail are vital qualities, together with a drive to solve problems and improve performance. Preparing timely and reliable monthly management accounts Preparing weekly management information on sales and production KPIs Analyse and identify causes of any significant variances compared with budget Partner both sales and production management, providing them with financial data Ensure transaction are recorded accurately in the financial software Carry out monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, supplier statements and balances with other group companies Maintain records of fixed assets and hire purchase agreements; evaluate the periodic stock counts; determine month end accruals and prepayments Prepare draft accounts (lead schedules) for the annual audit Preparing and invoicing monthly intercompany recharges Manage three direct reports This is approximately a 6 months interim assignment.
