Job Description

Our Client based in Leicester (LE19) is seeking a permanent ICT Administrator with minimum 3 years working background within IT, with a salary between £25,000-29,000p/a + Hybrid (flexible) + benefits.Duties:

  • First point of contact for incidents/service requests. Log and respond to incidents/service requests and effectively communicate resolutions and progress in line with service level agreements and organisational standards
  • Diagnose and solve routine hardware/software/network faults
  • The configuration, installation, and maintenance of a range of devices including servers, user workstations, tablets and smartphones with standard organisational configuration, applications, security, and encryption
  • To deliver training throughout the business as and when required on new systems or processes.
  • To become familiar with relevant I.T. procedures and developments.
  • Writing and updating system documentation, processes, and procedures in line with accreditation and legal requirements.
  • Undertake ICT projects, such as system migrations, system improvements, solution finding.
  • To provide support on CRM database administration, this will include scripting of reports and exporting data to provide management information to the wider organisation.
  • Knowledge and use of data visualisation software such as, PowerBI or Qliksense.
  • Writing technical specifications, understanding the business process, and converting into a technical specification. To enable the CRM development and business improvement.
