Job Description

HYBRID LETTINGS VALUER/MANAGER ROLEDo you have what it takes to bring new business to this already successful Property Management CompanyThey are now seeking an experienced valuer, who can work on their own initiative, to increase their already sizeable portfolio. You must ideally be ARLA qualified, have a minimum of 2 years within valuing and have a good conversion rate.This would suit a "go getter" who can predominantly work from home, coming into the office on a weekly basis (To be agreed by yourselves) and have the experience to generate new leads.This really is a superb opportunity that does not come around very often.Some Essential Skills

  • Ideally ARLA Qualified
  • Valuations
  • Generating Own Leads
  • Business Development Skills
  • A minimum of 2 years experience within Lettings
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Property Management Skills desirable
  • Full Driving License
