POD supports the university in attracting, developing and retaining staff, facilitating high standards of organisational performance, providing support to colleagues to ensurea high quality student experience as well as offering practical HR advice and a high level of customer service.We are seeking to appoint a HR Services Co-ordinator. Successful candidates will be joining a large and diverse team whose expertise span from recruitment, employment relations and rewards and benefits to operational services. The role will work within theHR Services Team responsible for undertaking a range of duties in relation to the employment life cycle and delivering an effective, professional and efficient administrative service. You are required to have a GCSE grade C or equivalentin English, or the equivalent administrative experience. You will have worked in a compliance-based environment, with particular knowledge in adhering to DBS and or UKVI.You will need to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and have the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy as well as being able to organise and prioritise work to meet demanding targets and deadlines. Candidates also require strong verbaland written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, whilst being sensitive to a diverse range of customer needs. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a commitment to provide a professional, high quality,customer focused, robust and efficient service.This role is partly office based and partly remote working.Whats nextPlease apply via the DMU careers site.
