Are you an HR Manager with ambition Are you looking to implement new initiatives, work closely with the senior management team but are also prepared to roll your sleeves up and implement the initiatives yourselfThis is a generalist role with a broad remit based in Leicester for a multi-site business. You will provide a comprehensive operational HR service covering talent attraction, Learning & Development, employee relations, reporting on key metrics and you will have a small team to help. If you want to be involved in the strategy but want someone else to get it done, this isnt a role for you. If you like the operational aspects but arent too interested in the bigger picture, again, this isnt for you.If however you are looking to be part of an ambitious business, you want to build your own HR function and be a focal point for all aspects of HR and really invest yourself into an opportunity which can really grow and develop and you are prepared to put the work in, then this could be the role.If you have significant experience of being a HR Manager in a SME, can demonstrate examples of developing and adding value to a HR function and are a good communicator who can interact well with a dynamic senior management team, then we want to hear from you.Apply ASAP.
