Macildowie are looking for an ambitious HR BP professional to join our clients highly regarded company as part of the thriving HR team. This is fantastic opportunity to make a real difference whilst developing your skills and knowledge within a well-respectedbusiness. You will be a part of a small team so your presence will be of huge value.Brief day to day duties will include:
  • Working with the leadership team to understand their key objectives for their business areas.
  • Act as a coach to improve management capability.
  • Be the key point of support and escalation.
  • Run staff focus groups for policy changes.
  • Advise on long term sick, performance issues and complex ER issues.
  • Advise on polices.
They are looking for you to have the following skills:
  • Experience of managing conflict and sensitive issues and achieving positive outcomes.
  • Significant experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner including resourcing and employee relations.
  • Experience of working in partnership with a range of stakeholders including managers, trade unions, employees and external partners.
  • A demonstrable commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion in service delivery.
  • Experience of developing others to improve performance and capability.
  • Experience of managing and improving employee relations in a unionised environment.
