HR Advisor (CIPD Level 5) required for a 6 month contract. 3 days remote working - 2 days in the office based in Leicester. Supporting HR Business Partner . proactive support on a range of HR issues such as employee relations, performance management, resourceplanning and talent management . Experience and Knowledge: Proven track record in a similar role Experience of handling a high volume of ER cases Experience of working in a fast paced environment Up to date knowledge of employment legislation Essential Qualifications & Skills Assertive and confident in approach High level of discretion and confidentiality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Ability to manage and prioritise a busy and varied workload Problem solver Self-starter and team player Education to A level with GCSE English grade C or above, or equivalent essential Relevant professional/HR qualification(s), such as the CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in HRM, or equivalent experience Key Relationships HR Leadership Team Business Leaders and Managers Business Partnering Team/s Centres of Expertise- Talent, Recruitment, Service Centre, Reward Call Lindsey Obie or email your cv to or Apply on line!
