Job Description

Meridian Business Support are working exclusively with our fantastic client who are looking for a HR Administrator to join their growing team based in the Leicester Office (Hybrid) on a 9 month contract.You will support your HR team members in all administrative and organisational activities in order to build capacity for a wide range of different tasks within the department. About the role (but not limited to):

  • Assist with general day-to-day operations of the HR functions and responsibilities.
  • Maintain HR records accurately and in line with our ongoing data protection and GDPR requirements.
  • Take responsibility of the HR inbox and resolve any general queries.
  • Assist and coordinate with the full recruitment process and facilitate the onboarding of new employees.
  • Keep employees and managers up to date on HR policies and procedures.
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes to increase efficiency within the HR department.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Senior HR Team.
  • Support with overseeing the complete employee life cycle and ensure compliance to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll documentation and resolving payroll queries.
  • Coordinate and facilitate company-wide communications to managers and employees.
  • Support the HR team with significant strategic and operational projects (Engagement Surveys, Performance Management Processes, and Training and Development Programs etc.).
About you:
  • Minimum 1 years’ administration experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships within the team and across the organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent written and oral skills.
  • Keen desire to develop the HR department.
