Health & Safety Manager - Passive Fire ProtectionNational - Base location flexiblePermanent - £40-£45k plus car/allowance My client is a leading contractor operating within the passive fire protection market, delivering fire door installation and fire compartmentation projects. Due to a period of successful growth and a number of contract wins, they are looking to recruit a Health & Safety Manager to join their team.This is a national role, working closely with the operations teams and their workforce, mainly on planned maintenance FRA (Fire Risk Assessment Works), these include high and low rise domestic and commercial properties within the private and public sector. Clients include housing associations, local councils, RSLs, both domestic and public buildings including Student Accomodation, Schools and Colleges.For this role, we are seeking an experienced SHE Advisor / Manager to review and build internal H&S processes and procedures, drive them throughout the business ensuring buy in from the site teams to ensure H&S is at the forefront of all they do. This role is a modernised role of an SHE coach, focusing on supporting the operational teams through mentoring, coaching, training and advising to improve SHE performance, innovation, and promotion of positive SHE messages. You will be required to carry out site inspections, these will not just review what is happening at the time of the inspection, but also consider future works and SHE issues to be resolved and improved upon.Key Skills & Qualifications:
