The health & wellbeing of both our 10,000 colleagues and those visiting our sites is of paramount importance tous, as is our reputation and that of our manufacturing partners.We currently have an opportunity for a Health & Safety Manager to join the company in a field based role (national) which also includes working at our head office in Leicester.This exciting role requires an exceptional candidate who can proactively manage, lead and inspire a team, further develop the health & safety culture within our organisation; ensuring that our Sytner Minimum Requirements are embedded within our day to day businessactivities. Behavioural safety and colleague engagement is also one of our key drivers for success, as we do not see health and safety as a mere tick box exercise. Experience of researching, project managing and implementation of an IT based HSMS solutionacross a large multi-site organisation would be advantageous.The successful candidate will have experience in a complex multisite environment and be able to demonstrate how they have been successful in developing a cultural health & safety change within previous roles.
